How to lose weight for wedding using Master Cleanse diet
Master Cleanse diet is similar with Master Cleanse Lemonade Diet, the lemonade diet, detox diet, and the maple syrup diet.
The diet was originated in 1941 by Stanley Burroughs. It was first invented as a cleanser for the body’s systems. The program has 3 steps:
- Ease in. The first step will be 3 days which is done by restricting what you eat. You can only eat vegetables and fruits.
- Diet. The next phase can took from seven days to a month. In this step you will only drink lemonade and water. The ingredient for this diet is lemonade, maple syrup, cayenne pepper, and water. The details are 2 tablespoons of lemonade juice, 2 tablespoons of grade-B organic maple syrup, 1/10 teaspoon of cayenne pepper and 10 ounces water. The lemon Juice is used to provide nutrition and also acts as a cleanser. Maple syrup provides your calorie needs and B vitamins. Cayenne Pepper provides you with nutrition and stopping hunger pains. Water is needed to prevent dehydration. You will need to drink this 6-12 times a day.
- Ease out. This step is done by introducing your body with solid food slowly.
